Dear Friends,
It has been an honor to serve as your County Treasurer for six years and as your State Representative in the 127th and 128th General Assemblies. I was pleased to bring my financial experience to the Treasurer's office and then the philosophies, convictions and hopes of all my county friends and neighbors to state government. I was honored to advocate on your behalf by bringing some Columbiana County common sense to our Capital City.
After a great deal of encouragement from many of you and after much consideration I have decided to once again run for the office of Columbiana County Treasurer.
During these difficult financial times I believe we need people with governmental accounting experience and I believe I posess the qualifications needed to get us through these tough times and move Columbiana County forward. I believe we need people like myself who understand that government should stand by its citizens, not in their way. We must trust the entrepreneurial spirit that made this country great, encourage progress and innovation while continuing to protect Ohio's hard working families.
I have created this website as a way to encourage people in the community to become involved in the political process and to learn a little more about me and why I feel it is necessary to return to public service. Most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to reconnect with you and learn more about your thoughts and concerns. As the 2012 campaign progresses I look forward to meeting you around the county and hearing your thoughts on how I can best serve you.
